SBB Train

Take the SBB train from the station directly beneath the terminal — ~10–12 minutes to Zurich Hauptbahnhof, every 5–10 minutes, just tap a contactless card (no app or machine needed). It's faster and far more affordable than a taxi. For door-to-door, taxis wait at ranks outside Arrivals 1 and 2 (regulated, metered, expensive) and Uber picks up at the ride-hailing area near departures. Local Tips

  • The train wins in almost every case — ~10–12 min to Zurich HB, station right under the terminal, contactless tap-to-pay, no machine queue. A taxi is far pricier for nearly the same door-to-door time.
