Train (S3/S2) / Bolt

Chopin Airport is only ~8-11 km out, and arrivals has three colored floor lines to the bus, train, and taxi. The train (SKM S3 to Warszawa Centralna, S2 to Srodmiescie) reaches the centre in ~20-25 minutes; bus 175 is handy for the Old Town - both use the same cheap ZTM ticket (validate on board). For door-to-door, ELE Taxi (official rank) or Uber/Bolt work - but Uber/Bolt pick up only at the designated rank, not the terminal door (often a fixed airport rate). Confirm you're at WAW (Chopin), not Modlin (WMI).

Taxi

ELE Taxi is the official rank operator just outside arrivals (follow the taxi floor-line/yellow line). Metered with government-set tariffs displayed in the window - check the tariff and that the meter is reset.

Shuttle

Hotel shuttles depart from outside the terminal. For late arrivals after the train and bus stop, use the night bus (N32), Uber/Bolt, or ELE Taxi.

Transit

The underground train station is by the terminal (follow the train floor-line). SKM S3 runs to Warszawa Centralna (main station); S2 to Warszawa Srodmiescie (~300 m away), with Koleje Mazowieckie trains too - ~20-25 min, ~4/hour, ~04:55-23:40. Bus 175 serves the centre/Old Town (~30 min, ~04:27-22:58), with bus 188 and night bus N32 also. Trains and buses share the same ZTM ticket - a 75-minute ticket is best value; validate on board.
