Rideshare
Outer commercial curbside on the lower (arrivals) level of each terminal. A commonly-cited instruction directs Uber/Lyft to the outer lower-level curb at Terminal A; follow the app's assigned zone, as Terminal B curbs are affected by construction.

Shuttle
SuperShuttle and similar use Level 0 of the Short-Term parking garage. Hotel shuttles use the lower arrivals roadway — call your hotel on arrival. The consolidated rental car centre is reached by free shuttle from both terminals' arrivals level.
Transit
VIA Metropolitan Transit Route 5 to downtown stops at the far west end of Terminal B, lower level, and reaches downtown in about 30 minutes. SAT's own public-transportation page names Route 5 as the airport service; "Route 25" appears only in older sources.
Private Transfer
Pre-booked cars and charter vehicles use the outer commercial curbside (Zones 1–3) on the lower arrivals level; confirm the current staging point given the construction.

Local Tips
