Pickup Guidance

Rideshare

Ground Transportation Center, Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2 — the arrangement in place since BNA reconfigured ground transport on 3 June 2025. Exit the Main Terminal on Level 1, turn right, follow the sidewalk under the pedestrian canopy; BNA puts the walk at under five minutes. Look for "Ride App Pickup" signs. Lyft = Zone A. Uber = Zones B and C. Check your app's zone letter before walking.

Taxi

Same Ground Transportation Center, Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2. Taxi ranks are marked separately from the ride-app zones.

Shuttle

Hotel shuttles and courtesy cars also collect at the Ground Transportation Center, Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2.

Transit

WeGo Public Transit Route 18 departs from the Ground Transportation Center. Follow signs marked "Shuttles/Buses." The route number is displayed on the front of the bus.

Private Transfer

Limousines and pre-booked cars use the Ground Transportation Center, Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2 — the same building as everything else.

Local Tips

  • Check your app's zone letter before you start walking. Lyft (A) and Uber (B/C) are in different parts of the same building.
  • Walk to the Ground Transportation Center first, then request your ride. BNA congests quickly when many arrivals order at once from baggage claim.
  • Route 18 takes roughly 40–55 minutes to downtown versus 15–25 by car. It's a real saving, but only if you have time and light bags — WeGo buses have limited luggage space.
  • Nashville has no commuter rail or subway to the airport. If someone tells you to "take the train," they're thinking of another city.
  • Rideshare drop-offs at BNA now use Zone D inside the Ground Transportation Center rather than the departure curb — relevant if you're being dropped off on the way out.
  • KreweCar is a third authorised ride app at BNA alongside Uber and Lyft, occasionally shorter-waited during peak surge.

Tarmyq local tip

Everything at BNA happens in one building — Terminal Garage 2, Level 1. Once you know that, the airport is simple. The only real trap is the zone letters: walking to "rideshare" isn't enough, you need the right letter.
