Metro Red Line

Take the Metro Red Line from the 'Aeroporto' station in Terminal 1 — ~20–25 minutes to the centre (one transfer; Navegante card). For door-to-door, taxis queue outside arrivals (metered — insist the meter is on), and Uber/Bolt pick up at P2, the short-stay car park north of arrivals (the only app zone).
