Rideshare from the Lower Arrival Curb (Poles 1–2) / JTA bus to downtown

All ground transport is on the lower arrivals level. App-based rideshare (Uber, Lyft) picks up at the **Lower Arrival Curb, Poles 1 and 2**, adjacent to baggage claim; taxis, limos and shared-ride use the booths just outside baggage claim. The JTA bus runs to downtown. Ignore anyone soliciting rides inside the terminal — they're not authorised.

Lower Arrival Curb, Poles 1 and 2, on the terminal's lower level adjacent to baggage claim. Signs read "App-Based Rides Service." Request once you're at the curb; an airport fee applies. Passenger pickup in the Hourly Garage or at the public curb is prohibited. (Drop-offs are on the Upper Departure Curb.)

Taxi

Taxi, limousine and shared-ride booths on the Lower Level outside Baggage Claim — no reservation needed for arriving passengers.

Shuttle

Hotel shuttles collect on the north upper-level departure curb. Rental cars are adjacent to the terminal (drive into the parking garage ground floor to return).

Transit

JTA operates bus service from the lower-level curb to downtown Jacksonville; there's a JTA courtesy desk in the arrivals area for route and schedule information.

Private Transfer

Pre-booked cars use the designated prearranged/TNC pickup zone on the lower level; confirm the pole or booth with your operator.

  • The airport explicitly warns against in-terminal ride solicitors — only use the marked poles/booths or your app.
  • There is no rail to JAX. The JTA Skyway is a small downtown people mover with no airport connection.
